Shipping and Delivery
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Bengaluru by a reputed courier agency. For orders that are cancelled after dispatch and while in transit, shipping costs and appropriate courier charges will be deducted. For pre-paid orders, the same will be deducted during the refund process.
- We serve customers across the nation and deliver our products to the pin codes served by our logistics partner
- All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be processed the following day. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage areas, this may take between 10-12 working days
- Order deliveries will be made between 10 am – 6 pm Monday – Friday. Excluding public holidays
- Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, Green And Beige or Down To Earth Wellness take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person
- Our courier partners may request an OTP to complete delivery. This will need to be provided for completion of delivery. OTP will be sent to the number inputted at time of placing the order
- Green And Beige is not responsible for damage after delivery
- For any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer Care (WhatsApp Us +91 91417 74400, or mail us at: email@example.com) within 7 business days of your order delivery for resolution
- Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments
- All disputes are subject to Bengaluru jurisdiction
We ship products throughout India (to all locations served by our logistics partner) and all orders of Rs. 1000 and above qualify for free shipping. If your order value is less than Rs. 1000 appropriate shipping charges will apply.
Returns and Refunds
At Green And Beige (Down To Earth Wellness), we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
- As soon as the shipment is received, customers are requested to check the contents and report to us any discrepancy with the photo images. All our packing is done under strict supervision under the eyes of the camera. In case of any issues, we will check and if we find that we have sufficient evidence to prove that we have sent all the relevant products, we will not be liable for any loss of the products
- Any damage to the shipment should be brought to our notice immediately with photo images for us to take it up with the courier company. If the shipment is totally damaged, customers are advised to reject/return the shipment
- In case of online orders, what you get is what you see. Normally we send only the same visible products. However, sometimes due to variance in light or location or due to climatic conditions, the colours might vary. But the quality of the product will remain the same. We are not responsible for any such variance in colour due to reasons beyond our control
- Green And Beige (Down To Earth Wellness) is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery
- In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product. Just WhatsApp Us +91 91417 74400, or mail us at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery and our Customer Care will be happy to assist you
- These products being natural products, are likely to react to environmental factors like heat, cold etc. and may either solidify or become liquid. Though we take utmost care, these are factors beyond our control
- Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms
- Return and exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Green And Beige (Down To Earth Wellness)
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy
- Once your return/refund request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days
- Shipping charges incurred on Free Trials are non-refundable
All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item maybe eligible for return within 7 days from the date of Product Delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:
- Sold in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Product packaging not opened; product not used
