Can I ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?

Yes, you can do this by filling in your address as the 'Billing address', and the address you wish to ship it to, as the 'Shipping address'

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

For all orders, the confirmation status will be automatically updated in the ‘My Account’ section.

Do I have to have an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order using guest checkout without having an account. However, we strongly recommend making an account on our website to make your shopping experience swift and simple. This will also help you enjoy special benefits as well as share ratings and review our products as per your experience.

Can I order a product that is "Out of Stock"?

Unfortunately, products listed as "Out of Stock" are not available for immediate sale. However, we can notify you as soon as the product is back in the stock. Simply click on the product, once you are on the product page, you will see an option that says 'Notify Me' and enter your registered email address. We will send you a notification email as soon as the product is back in stock. Remember, this can only be done if you have a Green And Beige account and are signed in at the same time.

What is a CVV/CVC?

The Credit Verification Value or CVV or the Credit Validation Code or CVC is an important security feature that further reduces the risk of Internet fraud. This number never appears on sales receipts or billing statements and is only found on the physical card itself. We ask you to enter the CVV/CVC code during your transaction to make sure that the card is, in fact, in your possession. The CVV/CVC is a 3 or 4-digit code embossed or imprinted on the reverse side of your credit card, in the signature area.

Why was my order payment rejected?

There are various reasons why this may have happened ranging from validity of card/net banking details, insufficient funds in the account to technical difficulties. If you were recently issued a new card, some of the information may have changed. In that case, please confirm your credit card details and try again. Also, check that your name and address match the name and address on your current credit card.

I cannot complete my registration, what do I need to do?

How do I make changes to my order?

You can’t modify or cancel the order once it has been placed.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, simply click on the product, once you are on the product page, you will see an option that says 'Notify Me' and enter your registered email address. We will send you a notification email as soon as the product is back in stock.

Is Green And Beige products available in retail/market places?

Green And Beige is available on www.greenandbeige.com and leading e-commerce market places.

What payment types do you offer?

You can pay for purchases using UPI, Bharat QR, All major debit and credit cards, 50+ Netbanking Options and Mobile Wallets.

Is COD available?

Currently www.greenandbeige.com is not offering COD facility.

How can I use a Gift Voucher/Promotional code on my order?

When you have clicked on the 'Checkout' button, you will be directed to a section where you can enter your Gift Voucher/Promotional code. On entering the code, the valid amount/offer will automatically be applied to your order. You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using your chosen form of payment.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICIES

How does the delivery process work?

All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed logistics partners. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a message with your package's tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the logistics partner’s website.

What is the range of locations to which we ship our products?

For Domestic Orders: We ship across India, except for a few remote locations. All domestic orders of INR 1500/- and above qualify for free domestic shipping. Orders below INR 1500/- will attract a shipping fee which will be calculated during Checkout process. For International Orders: We do not service the international market as of now.

How can I track my order?

We dispatch most orders within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays, local/ natural disturbances or circumstances beyond our control). You can track your order from the ‘My Account’ section on the website to get an update on your order status. Here, you will be assisted with a tracking number. The same will be visible in the ‘My Account’ section and will be emailed to you, along with the logistic partner details. In case of any issue with your order, we will notify you immediately.

How are the items packaged at Green And Beige?

We avoid plastic in our packing as much as we can. Each of our products are placed in a sturdy carton, which is taped and prepared for shipping. Fragile items like glass jars are safeguarded with an additional packaging We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging and wish for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Does Green And Beige have any physical stores?

Currently we dont. But we wish to.

What is your Online Return Policy?

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing an order by sending us an email to caring@greenandbeige.com or message us on: +91 91417 74400.

How will I get a refund for my cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

On receipt of your request to cancel the order within 12 hours of the order placement, we will process the order cancellation. Refund will be processed as per your bank guidelines, which is usually within 10-15 business days. For all orders that have been delivered, we do not entertain return requests unless the order qualifies, as per our Returns and Refunds Policy. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

By when can I expect delivery of my order?

While we will make our best efforts to deliver your order at the earliest, which is 3-7 business days, while exclusions for pin codes in rural/remote areas and government sealed areas. We will only be able to attempt delivery once the locality is unsealed.

What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect or damaged order?

While we try our best to fulfil your orders correctly, in the best manner possible, for any complaints you may have, with regards to your order, please contact our Customer Care within 7 business days of your order delivery (please refer Return and Refund policy), for prompt resolution. In the extremely rare occasion where you receive a product with tampered/open packaging, please inform our Customer Care within 2 business days of receipt, with supporting images, so we can best address your concern.
